December 12, 2008:

Sealed bids were invited from reputable vendor (through advertisement in leading dailies) for the provision of Work Flow based Integrated Software product for Finance, Human Resources, Law and General Administration in accordance with RFP guidelines.

Following 11 companies have submitted their bids.

January 3, 2009:

A meeting of Purchase Committee was convened on to open first stage technical bids

Following six vendors could adhere to the RFP and set criteria.

Fedruary 23, 2009:

The Purchase committee opened all the technical & financial proposal in-front of vendors, and handover all the bids to IT department for evaluation.

Allotment of Evaluation Marks:

60% (for technical evaluation) to those vendors who were compliant with the proposed conformity and cliental feed back, as defined in the evaluation criteria of the RFP.

40% marks allocated for financial evaluation, as per RFP requirements

March 17, 2009:

Following two external IT Experts were requested to review the evaluation

Mr. Syed Yousuf   (Progressive Systems (Pvt) Limited)

April 17, 2009:

A technical session was held with Syed Yousuf in EOBI Head Office. Syed Yousuf reviewed all the bids and evaluation features. He expressed his satisfaction upon the assessments of bids made by ITDepartment and appreciated that all the important aspects of the project are  covered in the evaluation. He filed his remarks and technical observations

June 8, 2009:

Purchase committee finally selected M/S Complete (PVT) Ltd, and issued acceptance letter. As the vendor has archived highest marks in the selection procedure.
