Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) is an autonomous organization under the Labour Division, Government of Pakistan providing pensionary benefits to the private sector workers. 

EOBI invites sealed tenders from the reputed parties / firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply of Furniture for its Regional Offices located throughout Pakistan.  The tender documents containing the details can be obtained on any working day from 9:00 a.m to 12:00 noon from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- (non refundable) payable through PO/DD drawn in favour of EOBI.  Tenders may be deposited upto 11:00 a.m. on  7^th July, 2009 at EOBI Head Office, 3^rd Floor, GPO Building, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Tender will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders. 

Interested parties / firms are requested to submit their tenders accompanied by Bank Draft or Pay Order equal to 2% of value of tenders, drawn in favour of “Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution”. Any tender submitted without DD / PO will not be acceptable. Taxes as per law will be deductible from the bill of the successful bidder. The parties are requested to quote their full address, telephone numbers, N.I.C numbers, National Tax number and details of work done previously.
