Gallop Tender for Printing of Banner on Panaflex

The Government of Pakistan has recently announced an increase in the EOBI Pension.  The effective date of the increase of pension would be 1^st July, 2008.  To inform the pension increase to EOBI pensioners well before the time, the Institution intends to display the banners in front of the EOBI Offices and over 500 authorized bank branches. 

Sealed bids are called from the reputed printers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department for pre-printed 600 banners on panaflex (Korean material) of 3’x4’ with three Ilot on top.  The sealed bids alongwith the earnest money equal to 2% of the tender price  in the form of pay order/demand draft drawn in favour of EOBI should be submitted at 3^rd Floor, EOBI Head Office, GPO Building, I.I.Chundrigar Road, Karachi  on 23^rd June, 2008 by 11:00 Hrs., which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs. in the presence of bidders who wishes to be present. 

          EOBI shall deduct applicable Taxes from the contractor’s bills.

            Any further clarification/information can be obtained from the undersigned on any working day from 9.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m.
