In context with Judgment of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan (Constitutional Petition No. 6/2011, CMA No. 5216 of 2012 and HRC No. 49012-P of 2010 on March 17, 2014) services of employees in the attached list are terminated.
Any Person, Employer or Organization dealing with these Terminated Employees with reference to Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) would be an illegal act, and will responsible for all the costs, damages, risks or what so-ever caused by any arrangement with these employees.
